I lived in West Palm for 20 years before living in SoCal the last four. I just moved back and had Vince's for the first time a few weeks back. I can't believe I'd never been here in the past. They make such a great sandwich. And those brownies are to die for! I'll wait any amount of time in line to get one. I'm making sure to tell all my friends to try them out ASAP!

Have been eating food from Vinces for 20 years. Sandwiches are always great with super fresh ingrediants. Order and phone pickup lines are sometimes confusing but the food is worth it.

We moved away in 2010 and this is was one of the first places we hit when we moved back . Unlike some of our other favorites Vince's has not lost his touch for great food. The famous on wheat add mayo is my favorite. And now they take credit cards awesome! Give yourself a real treat and have a brownie for dessert.

Love the subs here. The ingredients are super fresh and the bread is good too. It's a little out of the way for me, but it's well worth the trip.

What a gem this hole in the wall is! When the roast beef is fresh, it is the best. 99.9% of the time that red roast beef will beckon you from across the county. It is superb! I only havr ever had it. Great potato salad!

Love the subs! Usually a bit too slow for a place with no seating whatsoever. The crew works hard, so the problem is the system. Each sub-maker takes the order, makes the sub and usually cashes out the customer. Very slow system. My suggestion is simple: 1 person takes orders and cashes out the customer. A name is taken and when the sub is done, the customer grabs it and runs! It'll work!

Love this place. I stop by at least once a week; I will detour my ride or be late for a meeting to get good food. The sandwiches and salad is awesome.

Was in the area on business and had to kill an hour for lunch. Had the roast beef sub. Flavorless beef. Flavorless onions. Disappointing but it filled the empty hole.

When you finally bite into your sandwich, you will understand why you waited in line for 20 minutes. This is a small no-frills deli that has a variety of locals waiting in line patiently. Don't overlook the brownies at the cash register!

I've tried a number of sub places in Palm Beach county. I'm always impressed by the quality of the sandwiches at Vince's, which may be the best of all of them. They put local-known Russo's to absolute shame. Located on the east side of Congress just south of Summit Blvd, its an older shop. And there is almost ALWAYS a line. The way their system works is that the person who takes your order also makes your sub and rings you up at the register. This may be more time consuming than other methods, but results in a consistently superior product with less chances of 'screw ups'. This combined with the local popularity of the place means you should be prepared to wait a little to get your sub; so call ahead if you're in a rush or just want to avoid a line. Vince's Famous Combo is their signature cold sub. This comes with Ham, Capicola, Genoa Salami, Provolone Cheese, tomato, peppers, onions, and option of oil and vinegar plus dill pickle. An excellent sub, with fresh and quality ingredients from the meat, to the bread, veggies and cheese; a must try. Their roast beef and cheese with peppers and onions is their signature hot sub and is also excellent. Prices are fair, and while service can seem slow the people that work there are friendly despite always being busy. Highly recommended.

The place was fantastic, then Vince sold it and the subs became terrible. I just went there yesterday to give them another chance. I was even more disappointed with them. Old meat, wilted lettuce, stale bread. do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. Even Publix is better.

Subs are a bit like pizza or burgers - it's basically impossible to say which is best, so better to put them in classes. Anyone can have a favorite - but there's no definitive answer. Vince's is a very good sub and an excellent value. It misses the 'elite' group of sandwich makers mainly due to the smaller amount of meat and slightly-less-than great bread. Make no mistake - this is an excellent place to get a good sandwich at a good price. An 8" combo was $5.50 on a recent visit - .50 extra for some hot cherry peppers. Good quality meat, but too much lettuce diluted the taste. Bread is fine, but just fine - there are many that taste more like 'house-baked'. The long lines everyone talks about are due to two factors: 1) The sammies are cheap and good and 2) The very nice people who work there (they all seem to like what they do and show it) are nevertheless in no great rush. But that's all part of SoFla dining in general. I would definitely go back if I was in the area, but not worth an excursion.

This place is horrible, that's why the line stretches out the door. No frills, but good, cheap sandwiches. The help is friendly and courteous, but they are also trying to get everyone a sandwich as quickly as possible, so don't expect a lot of extraneous conversation unless they're in a lull. I've been back, and will be back. Edit: They have "Dirty" brand potato chips. I had the sea salt and cracked black pepper. Awesome.

I have been eating at Vince's for a few years. The food is fresh and the sandwiches are great. If you go and you want a treat, just order the "SPECIAL" They cut the meat in front of you and put it all together. They are masters of their craft their. I wont mince words, the other reviewers had issue with the line, but it is worth the wait. Definitely, call a head if you can. At least when you get their, you don't have to wait for them to make it, you just might have to wait a few minutes to get to somebody to pick it up and pay. But again, well worth the wait!

Love love love Vince's! Meat is always so fresh and service is fast, even during lunchtime when it is busy. Employees are really nice as well and the prices are very reasonable. If you have not tried Vince's yet, you are definitely missing out!

I guess you guys havent been to a real Deli & sub shop. This place wasnt that good. I like when you go to a deli, the meat is nice and cold. This didnt even taste like a good quality meat. If you want a great deli i would go to Manzo's Cash only as well. Just a heads up. Staff was very nice and friendly though.

Good sandwiches but TERRIBLE customer service. Wait is ridiculous for a sub. And the place is a shack. Call ahead still expect to wait. Not worth it.
